Rebel Structures LLC

Last Updated: May 21, 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, orders, deposits, and services provided by Rebel Structures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or interacting with the Company, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not place an order or submit a deposit.

2. Scope of Services

Rebel Structures LLC operates as a design, sales, and coordination service for metal buildings, garages, carports, barns, and related structures. The Company works with third-party manufacturers and installers to produce and install the Customer’s unit.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  1. Collecting and reviewing project information;

  2. Assisting with building design, configuration, and specification;

  3. Preparing and submitting orders to manufacturers;

  4. Coordinating installation through third-party installers and scheduling offices;

  5. Providing ongoing customer support before, during, and after installation.

The Company is not the manufacturer or installer of the final structure.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

All deposits paid to the Company are strictly non-refundable. The deposit constitutes payment for services rendered immediately upon receipt and is not considered a down payment for a physical product.

Once the deposit is submitted:

  • Design and configuration work begins;

  • Your order is processed and forwarded to production;

  • The Company allocates resources to your project;

  • Customer support services commence and remain available throughout and after installation.

Because these services are provided at the outset, the deposit is earned upon receipt and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Customer Due Diligence & Local Requirements

The Customer is solely responsible for verifying and ensuring compliance with all local, municipal, state, or federal requirements applicable to their property and project. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Zoning regulations;

  • Building permits;

  • HOA or deed restrictions;

  • Property setbacks or easements;

  • Local structural requirements;

  • Utility line considerations; and

  • Site-specific installation requirements.

Wind & Snow Load Review:
As part of our design assistance, the Company may review general wind and snow load requirements based on the Customer’s ZIP code. This information is provided as a courtesy and is not a guarantee of compliance.

The Company does not verify or guarantee compliance with permitting laws, code enforcement, HOA rules, or any property-specific restrictions.
If an order cannot proceed or must be modified due to regulatory or permitting issues, the deposit remains non-refundable.

5. Order Processing and Modifications

Once an order is submitted to the manufacturer:

  • The design and specifications can be changed until the unit is scheduled; this is not applicable on some custom units.

  • Modifications may be limited or unavailable depending on manufacturer policies.

  • Any approved modifications may affect pricing or lead times.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist with change requests; however, the non-refundable nature of the deposit remains unchanged.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing is subject to change until the deposit is received. Final payment for the structure and installation, separate from the deposit paid to the Company, will be collected by the manufacturer or installer according to their terms.

Failure to pay any required remaining balance may result in cancellation of the order. The deposit will not be refunded in such cases.

7. Installation & Site Requirements

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the necessary conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Level ground within installer tolerances;

  • Clear access for equipment;

  • Removal of existing structures or obstacles;

  • Compliance with local regulations;

  • Adequate space for delivery and installation.

Installers may refuse or delay installation if the site is not prepared. Additional fees may apply, and the deposit will not be refunded.

8. Third-Party Manufacturers and Installers

The Company partners with independent manufacturers and installation crews. The Company does not guarantee their performance or timelines.

Any warranties on materials or installation are provided directly by the manufacturer or installer. The Customer agrees to address warranty claims with those parties unless otherwise stated.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete project information;

  2. Review all building specifications prior to final approval;

  3. Perform all due diligence regarding local requirements;

  4. Prepare the installation site;

  5. Communicate promptly regarding scheduling;

  6. Ensure safe and lawful installation conditions.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation without refund of the deposit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays related to weather, supply issues, scheduling conflicts, or third-party actions.

  • The Company is not responsible for permit denials, HOA rejections, zoning conflicts, or other regulatory restrictions.

The Customer’s sole remedy for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the value of services provided, excluding any non-refundable deposit.

11. No Guarantees or Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing:

  • The Company provides no warranties, express or implied.

  • All manufacturer and installer warranties are separate agreements.

  • The Company makes no guarantee regarding timelines for manufacturing or installation.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Customer’s project is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Acceptance

By submitting a deposit or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
